It is the first snow of the season in New York today and although I don't really enjoy living in it, I do love looking at it. From the autumn's warm colored leaves to winter's sparkling white snow, the season changes are always, initially stunningly beautiful and as a result, easy to appreciate. So, while I'm still in the snow loving spirit I thought I would celebrate by sharing this beautiful winter themed editorial in this month's Vogue Japan. Made to look like a Russian princess by stylist, Giovanna Battaglia, hair stylist Mathias van Hoof and makeup artist, Neil Moodie, Lindsey Wixson resembles an adorable porcelain doll. With various colored furs, velvets and winter appropriated floral print, large crimped hair and rosey cheeks, the entire editorial is made complete to fit the story photographed by Emma Summerton. I absolutely love when magazines get creative like this. It's a beautiful editorial.
