Menswear shows are sometimes more intriguing to me than the womenswear shows. With menswear it's much more difficult to be creative, not just with the clothing, but presenting it as well. How do you build an interesting story around the tailored suits and button ups that are common in most designer collections? Rochambeau came up with an answer to that in their spring/summer 2013 collection. Presented in Milk Studios the space was lit with a dim green light, a bit of fog, and some strong tribal sounding music. Upon entry you notice a pack of very handsome well dressed males standing in place and staring solemnly into the eyes of the numerous amused photographers and editors. The collection definitely matched the vibe- pieces included Rochambeau's unique camo print, thick tribal necklaces, safari hats, and edgy suiting. I think any man would look instantly cool wearing these clothes. Do you agree?
