Playing with Pretty, International Sexy

Lingerie is one of my most favorite types of clothing. If you've studied this blog carefully enough you probably already noticed that in my little bio. I personally love it on those bad days when nothing seems to be going your way. I used to live steps away from Century 21 and when I was sad or stressed out I'd head over to their immense lingerie section and stock up on discounted designer intimate wear. For a while I wasn't sure why doing this made me feel good. I later realized it was because it made me feel sexy and confident. Of course you would grow into loving something that gave you such a positive feeling in yourself. It all makes perfect sense. 

So when my good friend Jillian of Fox and the Found asked if I would like to take some photographs of Alicia Rosato's Playing with Pretty lingerie show I almost immediately said yes. The theme of the show was around the world. Every two girls would represent a different country in lingerie. China, The UK, Russia, India, France, Italy, Spain and Egypt were all depicted in the show and the girls rocked the looks so well. 

Along with the show Anadelia Escobar also performed and sang some beautiful songs. She laughed before her performance and called herself "The Queen of the Damned". All of her songs fit that theme. I was immensely impressed by both her and Alicia Rosato's talents. The two friends throw these fashion show performances every so often so make sure to check out my twitter for updates.
